A and F operates under a comprehensive and fully documented food safety program. Our facility is regularly inspected by third-party auditors, a third-party pest control program, is Primus GFS certified, and operated under a certified HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) program. Additionally, we vet our vendors through our Vendor Approval Program, that helps to ensure the safety of the product before it comes to our door.
In the event of a recall, our Food Safety team is on call to manage and communicate issues or product information to our customers. Inventory is tracked and managed through our Warehouse Management System that aids intractability and transparency. Our employees receive regular training and practice, in all areas of hygiene and sanitation, to ensure you receive the most wholesome produce every-time.
